By registering on our website, you are accepting the Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service. Your use of our website, the introduction meeting(s) in Ukraine and any personal information you provided through our website are subject at all times to this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

Protecting your privacy and creating a good and safe environment

To protect your privacy, other users cannot get access to your personal contact information. In addition, to protect our members and to create a safe environment for communication on our website, it is not allowed to reveal any personal contact information on our website and in correspondences. However, it is allowed though to exchange contact information in chat/video chat and offline when a man will have his first meeting with a lady, the so called 'Introduction meeting'. During this meeting, they have an opportunity to get acquainted and to exchange their contact details if they both want.

We review each profile before it gets posted, in order to ensure it meets our standards. Profiles submitted in a language other than English, may be translated into English by us. We also reserve the right to monitor and to review profiles, and to suspend or to remove them when they violate our policies.

To prevent that unsolicited messages, illegal schemes such as soliciting money, and message content will violate our policy, we reserve the right to monitor the correspondence that is going through our server, and prevent certain messages from reaching their recipients as well as editing of message content.

Collecting your information

We have an online service, which provides you with useful tools and a community to build relationships online.

In our online registration form, we ask you to provide us with certain information such as name and email address. And personal information that tells more about you, so that the opposite sex can decide if you are a suitable partner for them. Men's online catalogue is available only for registered women and vice versa and is not available for public.

When you submit your profile on our website, participate in a blog, or process an order then you consent with the collection, transfer and storage of the following information on our server located in The Netherlands:
- email address and telephone number;
- your personal information that you choose to disclose on your profile;
- blog discussions, correspondence through the website, chat messages;
- computer sign up data, statistics on page views, traffic to and from the website and added data including IP address and standard web log information.

We may also collect other users' comments about you in our complaints department.

Please note that nowhere on the website, we knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18, as it is required that all our users are at least 18 years old.

If you are not available anymore for any reason, then you can put your profile on hold or even delete it in your settings.

You can also uncheck receiving notifications of ‘private messages’, ‘new virtual gifts’ and 'chat partner requests'. And if you want to limit the number of notifications, then you can select in the notifications the option ‘Limit notifications to one per day’.

You are automatically signed up for our newsletters after you registered. If you don’t want to receive them, you can also unsubscribe from our newsletters in the user menu with unchecking ‘enable newsletters’ in the notifications.

Who has access to your information

Your profile will be shown only on our website and only for members of the
opposite sex who are logged in. Only women's profiles can be seen, but very limited, by visitors who are not logged in.

Your personal information, including contact details, will not be given, rented, shared, sold or exchanged to third parties who are not member of our website.

Our website enables you to exchange messages and share personal information in order to communicate with other members. We cannot guarantee the privacy or security of your information which you voluntarily disclose to other members.

We reserve the right to use or disclose any information without notice or consent as needed to satisfy any law, regulation or legal request; to conduct investigations of consumer complaints or possible breaches of law; to protect the integrity and security of our website and our property; to protect the safety of our visitors and the people who work for us; to fulfil your requests; or to cooperate in any legal investigation.

Control over your password

You may not disclose your password to any third parties or share it with any third parties. If, despite the foregoing, you lose control of your password, you may lose substantial control over your personally identifiable information and it may be subject to legally binding actions taken on your behalf. Use of Google Analytics cookies

Our website uses Google Analytics in a privacy-friendly manner, based on the information that the Dutch Data Protection Authority provides on its website.

This means that we have taken the following steps:
• A processor agreement has been concluded with Google;
• Your IP address is masked and therefore made anonymous;
• The data of Google Analytics cookies are securely sent (SSL encrypted);
• Data sharing with Google is disabled within Google Analytics;
• No use is made of other Google services in combination with the Google Analytics cookies.

As a result, Google Analytics is structured with us in such a way that we comply with the conditions of the cookie law and the privacy legislation, without the need for an explicit cookie notification upon entering the website, requesting permission from the visitor.

We use cookies to keep track of your activity and enhance your experience on our website. The cookies do not store any personal information and therefore they cannot be linked to an individual. Members, who do not want that cookies to be used, can set the appropriate options in their web browser.



If you create an account on our website, we store this data on a secure server.

We request information from the user on our order form. Here a user should provide contact information (like name and e-mail) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date, account, etc.). This information is collected by a payment processing company, which provides highly secure payment processing for us. The financial information is encrypted using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol and other standard industry practices. We do not keep your financial information on our server; once it is securely transmitted to the payment processing company, it is deleted securely.

We have protected our website also with a SSL-certificate to increase the security. While being on our secure pages, in your navigation toolbar is the ‘https://’ shown and or in the lock icon at the bottom of web browsers such as Microsoft Internet Explorer becomes locked.

The security and confidentiality of your personally identifiable information is extremely important to us. Technical, administrative, and physical security measures are used to protect customer information from unauthorized access and improper use. From time to time, we review security procedures to consider appropriate new technology and methods.
